Instructor Development Courses

This is the most comprehensive instructor development course you can find. It is based on the principles outlined by Alex Kosseff's best selling book; AMC Guide to Outdoor Leadership, taught in academic settings at Prescott College and the University of Utah and Colorado.

The program is field based with students teaching the principles after instruction and workshops. This course is co-taugh by the Author Alex Kosseff and the Owner of OWLS Erik Henyon, who is a specialist in group behavior, group dynamics, land navigation, and expedition behavior.
