What is the cancellation policy? OWLS may cancel courses due to unsafe weather. All adventure courses are paid in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds for courses canceled within 7 days of scheduled times. All corporate courses are handled under contract.

Where is OWLS Located? OWLS is headquartered at the Boars Head Inn, Charlottesville Virgina. The Rocky Mountain Branch is lacated at 510 South 23rd Avenue Bozeman, Montana 59718 - 406-920-2808.

How do I sign up for a course? Call 406-920-2808 and speak with a reservation specialist. E-mail OWLS by clicking on "Contact Us"

How old do I have to be? Most all adventure courses require students to be at least 12 years old. We do make some exceptions for family groups and physical size and ability.

What if it rains? We learn how to do the activities in those conditions. Except lightning!

What do I need to bring? Water, a snack, proper clothing, and a huge smile.

What if I have a non-profit group: YMCA, Boy Scouts, School, etc.? Call 406-920-2808 and speak with a reservation specialist. E-mail OWLS with your course request by clicking on "Contact Us"

What if I already have experience? Life is about learning so get a new perspective, and maybe you might teach us something.

What if I have no experience? You are at the right place. More than two thirds of our participants have limited or no knowledge and courses are designed based on your ability from novice to expert.

How can I get a Job with OWLS? We review all applications and keep them on file for future employment. You must have your EMT-B, OEC, or WFR as an entry-level requirement. Where can I stay overnight? Any of our resort affiliates. Also there is camping near by in the local National Forests. Call a reservation Specialist for more information 406-920-2808

Can I use my own gear? Yes, but it must meet our requirements for safety. We encourage you to use our equipment because it is up to date and in excellent condition.
